Cancellation & Refund Policy
We understand that plans change, and we try to be reasonable when lessons need to be moved or cancelled. The rules below explain when a refund applies.

1. Cancellation window
Should you cancel by phone or email up to 24 hours before the agreed start, no charge is applied. Later cancellations may incur the cost of materials already purchased on your behalf, as stated in the quotation.
2. Rescheduling
You may move the date of your lesson without charge. We will offer the nearest available slot within one business day.
3. When a refund applies
A full refund applies when we cancel a course, when we are unable to deliver the agreed syllabus, or when the tuition provided does not match the quotation and cannot be corrected within a reasonable time.
- Lessons cancelled more than 24 hours in advance are rescheduled or refunded in full
- Lessons cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice are charged in full, except in cases of illness or emergency
- Course terms may be paused for illness with supporting notice, and remaining sessions rescheduled
- Unused sessions in a paid block are refunded if you withdraw before the course starts
4. How to request a refund
- Contact us by phone or email stating the booking to cancel
- We confirm whether a refund or reschedule applies under the rules above
- Any refund due is paid by bank transfer within a few working days
5. Timeline
Refunds are processed within five working days of the cancellation being confirmed.
