How do I book a course or a single lesson?
You contact us with your goal and preferred times, we arrange a short assessment call, and once you approve the written course plan we confirm your first lesson date.
Where are lessons held and how flexible are the times?
Lessons take place at your home, your office, or online by video call, whichever suits you, and can be arranged around your working week rather than a fixed evening slot.
How is payment handled, and what if I need to cancel?
Payment is due on completion of each agreed lesson block, either by cash on completion or by bank transfer, invoiced clearly against your course plan. If you need to cancel a session with reasonable notice, it can be rebooked within thirty days at no extra charge.
Are your tutors properly qualified?
Every tutor is a native or bilingual Italian speaker with teaching experience, and each one is observed teaching a full trial lesson before we take them on. Tutors are also DBS-checked and covered by professional indemnity insurance.
